This notice describes the personal information collected through this App, why it is collected, and how long it is kept. It is provided in the style required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) for California residents, and is shown to every employee before collection begins.
Who collects it
Your employer ("Company") is the business collecting personal information through the App. RealIntelOps operates the App as the Company's service provider, hosted on encrypted infrastructure (currently Supabase and Vercel).
Categories collected, purposes, and retention
Identifiers — name, phone number, username or email, employee role. Used for account setup, scheduling, and timesheets. Kept for the life of your account.
Employment-related information — crew assignment, job assignments, clock-in/out timestamps, breaks, and computed hours. Used for scheduling, attendance, timesheets, and payroll. Kept 4 years (labor-law compliance).
Precise geolocation — sensitive personal information — GPS coordinates at clock-in and clock-out, and a location trail recorded approximately every 30 seconds while you are clocked in with the App open and visible on screen. Used to verify job-site attendance, support worker safety, build accurate time records, and show the live work map to Company management during your shift. Location trail kept 90 days; clock-in/out coordinates follow timesheet retention.
Audio/visual information — photos you take in the App for job documentation, if your Company uses this feature. Kept per Company policy.
Internet or other electronic activity — when you electronically sign legal documents in the App, your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp, IP address, and browser information as signature evidence. Kept for the life of your account. No other browsing or activity tracking occurs.
Sensitive personal information
Precise geolocation is collected ONLY while you are clocked in, and is used only for the work purposes listed above. It is not used to infer characteristics about you, and is not collected while you are clocked out or while the App is closed or in the background.
No sale or sharing
Your personal information is NOT sold and NOT shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. The App contains no advertising and no third-party marketing trackers.
Your rights
California residents may ask to know or access the personal information collected about them, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion (laws requiring the Company to retain employment records may limit deletion). You will not be retaliated against for exercising these rights. Submit requests to the Company's HR contact.
